This statement says what has actually been done and what has not. A statement claiming full conformance without an audit behind it is worth nothing.
The standard we build to
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That target shapes the build rather than describing a finished audit: no independent accessibility audit has been carried out yet.
What is in place
- Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring that never animates in.
- A skip link jumps past the navigation to the main content.
- Text and interface colours meet or exceed the AA contrast ratios against the page background.
- Headings run in order, landmarks are real HTML elements, and form fields have labels above them rather than placeholder text pretending to be labels.
- Motion is limited to one reveal sequence, and it is removed entirely when your system asks for reduced motion.
- The layout works at 320px wide and at 400 percent zoom without horizontal scrolling.
What is not done yet
- No screen reader testing with real users has taken place.
- No independent audit has been commissioned.
- Any document we publish later, such as a PDF quote template, has not been checked for accessibility.
This list gets shorter as work is completed, and this page is updated when it does. It will not quietly disappear.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site stops you doing what you came to do, tell us what page it was and what happened. We will reply inside five working days, and we will tell you either when it is fixed or why it is not going to be.
