Terms of service
Last updated 22 August 2026
These terms cover the plan we run for you. They are written to be read once and understood, not to hide anything in clause fourteen.
What the plan includes
The plan covers the website, the CRM, missed call text back, invoicing and payment collection, and review requests. We build the setup, we host it, and we keep it running for as long as the plan is active.
The website carries no separate build fee. It is provided as part of the plan rather than sold to you outright, which is why it stops being hosted when the plan ends.
Pricing is three fixed monthly tiers, published on the homepage. Every tier includes every part of the suite. The tier decides how much of it is built around your process.
What you own
- Your customer data, contacts, quotes, jobs and invoice history. Yours, always, exportable in full on request and without a reason.
- Your domain name, if you already hold it. If we register one for you we will transfer it to you on request at cost.
- Your written content, photographs and logo.
The site templates, the automation configuration and the underlying platform stay ours. You are licensed to use them while the plan runs.
Payment
The plan is billed monthly in advance. Prices are agreed in writing before the first payment, and we will give you at least thirty days notice before any change to them.
If a payment fails we will tell you and try again. We will not switch anything off without warning you first.
The ninety day guarantee
If the plan has not paid for itself within ninety days of going live, ask us and we refund the plan fees you have paid. No argument, and no requirement to explain the decision.
The refund covers our plan fees. It does not cover money paid straight to third parties, such as card processing fees, message carrier fees, or a domain registration, because we never received it.
Ask inside the ninety days. After that the normal cancellation terms below apply.
Cancelling
You can cancel with thirty days notice, in writing, for any reason. Before the plan closes we will give you a full export of your customer data in a standard format.
After cancellation the website and the automations stop. Text back, invoicing and review requests stop with them. Nothing you own is deleted until you confirm you have your export.
What you are responsible for
- The accuracy of anything you ask us to publish, including prices, certifications, insurance claims and guarantees.
- Holding the licences, insurance and registrations your trade requires.
- Getting consent before adding a customer to a list we send messages to. We will set the consent capture up. Using it is on you.
- Replying to the enquiries the system delivers. We can catch the call. We cannot do the job.
Messaging rules
Automated calls and texts are regulated. We configure the system to honour opt outs, quiet hours and do not call registers, and to carry the sender identification your regulator requires.
If you ask us to send something that breaks those rules we will refuse. That refusal is not a breach of these terms.
Uptime and limits
We do not promise uninterrupted service. Hosting providers, payment processors and phone carriers all go down occasionally, and we depend on them.
Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the problem. We do not accept liability for lost profit or lost business. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because it cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will email you before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not, cancel and the old terms apply to your notice period.
